The Great Grooves Wood Series is produced from the wood of Paulownia trees. This tree is also known as the �Princess Tree� and is used all over the world for reforestation and to help stop erosion. Paulownia is a fast-growing tree that thrives in areas where many trees won't grow. The wood from these trees is very light, as well as being resistant to warp and rot.
